Monthly Groceries Budget

I recently left a blog message that I would track my purchases going forward and share with all of you, which will HELP me stay on my budget. This month, less Christmas shopping... I have budgeted no more than $40 a week. Its going to be tough, butI think I can do it! I think I may need some positive encouragement in a week or two! LOL.

First purchases of the month:

Nov. 5:

Walmart
2 gallons of milk @ $2.98 ea. less $0.55/1 Roberts milk coupons= $2.43 ea.
2 Spaghetti O's @ $0.98 ea (price match Supersavers making them $0.50 ea.) less $0.50/2 printable coupon= $0.25 ea. (I would have gotten more, but I only had ONE coupon!)
2 Tony's Pizza's @ $3 ea. (price match Supersavers Making them $2 ea.) less $0.75/1 printable coupon= $1.25ea.
3.33 lb Yellow Onions- $4.13 or $1.29 lb. (price match Skagways $0.59 lb) =$1.96
Total= $9.82

Grand Total for today= $17.52 (leaves me $22.48 left to spend by next Saturday)
